Winston Fletcher

Mr. Winston Fletcher is currently Director of Employment and Career Services at the HEART Trust/NTA, having occupied various senior positions within the Trust over the past 15 years. He has collectively, over 25 years management experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing, education and training, with the last 15 in educational leadership. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Management Studies and a MBA in International Business from the University of the West Indies.

Clide Nesbeth

Mr. Nesbeth is the Chief Executive Officer of CMA-CGM Jamaica Ltd. He is a Management professional who has specialized in the areas of Administration, Sales and Marketing Management for over 26 years, 20 of which has been at the senior management level. Mr. Nesbeth holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing Management, the Post Graduate Diploma in Education and the Masters of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.


Joan Garfield

Mrs. Joan Garfield is the General Manager of the N.C.B Employees Co-operative Credit Union, a position she has held for the past 19 years. She is an experienced banker with over (40) years experience in the Financial Services industry. Mrs. Garfield holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.

Derrick Tulloch

Mr. Derrick Tulloch is the President of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League. Mr. Tulloch is a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Kingston. He holds a MBA from Barry University in Florida, and is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants. He is a Lecturer at the College of Insurance and Professional Studies. Mr. Tulloch has worked in the areas of Banking and Finance, Accounting and Treasury Management for over 30 years and served as Treasurer at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited.

Glenworth Francis

Mr. Glenworth Francis is presently the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Jamaica Cooperative Credit Union League Group, a company he has been with for the past 33 years. Mr. Francis has expertise in the areas of strategic development and change, corporate governance and general management. He holds an Executive MBA and B.Sc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.

Andrea Wilson-Messam

Mrs. Andrea Wilson-Messam is presently Director of Finance of the RJR Communications Group a position she has held since 2009. Mrs. Wilson-Messam is an experienced certified accountant with two fellowship designations FCCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). She has 26 years of management experience. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, revenue generation, business development, auditing, financial reporting and financial controlling, inter alia.

Michael Anglin

Michael Anthony ANGLIN is a thirty five (35) years veteran of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF), having enlisted on 10 November 1981. In those thirty five (35) years, he has worked in various appointments including that of chief clerical officer of various units in the JDF between 1991 and 2003, as well as chief clerical officer for the JDF at Headquarters Jamaica Defence Force from 2003 to 2007. He was appointed Manager of the Jamaican Military Museum and Library and served in that appointed from 2007 to 2014, and Officer Commanding of the Administrative Company in 2014 and the Medical Company in 2016, while at the Support and Services Battalion. He is currently a staff officer at the Headquarters Jamaica Defence Force since February 2017. Major ANGLIN has been the account holder for the Warrant Officer and Senior Non-Commission Officers Account, the Jamaican Military Museum and Library account, the Administrative Company Account, the Support and Services Battalion PRI Account, and the Medical Company Account. He has also been the President, over the years, for a number of audit boards that audit military accounts. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Supervisory Management Studies, Certificate in Public Administration, Certificate of Merit in Paralegal Training and other Certificates in Media Relations and Supervisory Management and Training Technique.

Dennis Hutchinson

Mr. Dennis Hutchinson is currently Assistant Director of Procurement at the Bank of Jamaica. He is the current Treasurer and a former President of BJ Staff Co-operative Credit Union. He is a dedicated professional with combined experience of over 26 years in the areas of Management, Finance and Accounting, Investment and Procurement. Mr. Hutchinson holds B.Sc. degree with double major in Management and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. He also has several certificates in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Investment of Pension Fund Assets, Harvard Business School New Manager Program, Supervisory and International Best Practice in Public Procurement.

Carlton Barclay

Mr. Carlton Barclay is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of C&WJ Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a Fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountant.  He holds an MBA with the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

With over 25 years experience in the banking and finance industry, he has held several senior positions, including: Managing Director of Republic Bank (Cayman) Limited, General Manager of the National Building Society of Cayman (NBSC), Deputy General Manager of Jamaica National Building Society Group (JNBS) where he was employed for more than 15 years, during which he also served as the Building Society's Financial Controller and Assistant General Manager. He was also the Financial Controller at Jamaica Citizens Bank (now Sagicor, formerly RBTT) as well as at Advantage General Insurance Company (formerly UGI) and, Accountant at KPMG Jamaica.
